Very simply, Brewster was a rooster. Nikki’s grandfather’s “famous” rooster was a prize winning rooster at the local fair many years ago. We felt naming our homestead after Brewster would be a nice way to honor Nikki’s grandfather. We hope to be able to share a photo of Brewster here one day.
